This week - an educational case rather than a quiz! No email quiz answer needed so rest your typing fingers!!

This 28 year old female patient presented with right sided achilles tendon pain of one year duration.

First impressions would suggest that the appearances of the achilles tendon insertion are within normal limits. The color Doppler image was taken with the ankle relaxed (no dorsi-flexion).
